Shingobee has begun work on one of our most interesting, unique interior renovation projects in recent memory. Clockwork Active Media, a creative Internet media design company, has been looking to expand its office space, and leased space in a run-down industrial building near its current offices in northeast Minneapolis.

The International School of Minnesota held a festive Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening Celebration on Thursday, August 14, for its new Residence Hall, constructed by Shingobee Builders. School officials and international trade officials spoke to the importance of the new facility to the school’s ability to attract international students.

Edina Realty hosted a festive groundbreaking ceremony on Monday, August 4, for a new office building to be constructed on Schmidt Lake Road in Plymouth, MN. Shingobee will be providing construction for the 10,000 square foot building, which will be owned by United Properties.

Town & Country Credit Union of Fargo, North Dakota, celebrated the opening of their branch in south Fargo on Tuesday, July 29, 2014, with a Grand Opening Celebration open house. Shingobee Builders provided construction of the new two-story, 25,000 square foot building. Construction was started in August 2013, and completed in July of this year.

One of Shingobee’s most exciting current projects is the Tioga Medical Center expansion and remodel in Tioga, North Dakota. The project began in April, and a groundbreaking ceremony was held on Tuesday, June 10th to celebrate the expansion.

Update: Bonefish Grill is now open! See our post on the ribbon cutting here. Shingobee has begun construction of its second restaurant project in The Shops at West End (St. Louis Park, MN) – a Bonefish Grill restaurant, the first Minnesota location for this Florida-based restaurant concept.

The Dickinson Public Works building is scheduled to be ready for move-in in July. Last week, a group of students took a field trip to the building to learn about what the Dickinson Public Works department does for their city.
