Shingobee providing improvements for several community banks

Shingobee’s experience with construction of financial facilities – banks and credit unions – is among the best in the region, with a resume of 68 new-construction and remodel projects to date. We have been fortunate this year to work with several community banks in Minnesota to upgrade their existing facilities.

Tribal Justice Center Takes Shape

Construction was started in May on a new Tribal Justice Center for the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe, in Cass Lake, MN. This $6.3 million, 30,000 square foot one-story building will house their tribal courts and police facility. Construction progress over the summer has included concrete and masonry work, followed by structural steel erection.

Groundbreaking Held for Red Hawk Estates in New Town, ND

Groundbreaking was held Wednesday, August 5, for Red Hawk Estates in New Town, North Dakota. Pictured above are Tribal Councilman L. Kenneth Hall with North Segment leadership and Architect Mike Laverdure. Shingobee will be constructing the 36-unit apartment building for the North Segment Community Development Corporation, an entity of the Three Affiliated Tribes.
