Clockwork Active Media Remodel: Before and After

Shingobee worked with Clockwork Active Media to remodel an old 1920s sheet metal fabricating shop into a modern, creative and collaborative office environment. First, the building shell was improved by the landlard (Volna Real Estate Holdings LLC). Clockwork then engaged Shea Design to develop an interior design and chose Shingobee as general contractor.

Tribal Justice Center Progress Photos

Shingobee has been providing construction services since May of 2015 on a new Tribal courts and police facility for the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe, in Cass Lake, MN. A great amount of progress on construction has been made in recent months, nearing completion of the building exterior and much of the interior finish work.

MHA TERO and Energy Office Building Completed

Construction of the Three Affiliated Tribes’ new five-story office building in New Town, North Dakota, is complete, and the Tribal departments are in the process of moving into the building. Shingobee provided design/build construction of the 50,000 square foot building, in conjunction with HTG Architects of Minneapolis.

Tribal Justice Center Takes Shape

Construction was started in May on a new Tribal Justice Center for the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe, in Cass Lake, MN. This $6.3 million, 30,000 square foot one-story building will house their tribal courts and police facility. Construction progress over the summer has included concrete and masonry work, followed by structural steel erection.

Crews Top Off TERO Office Building in New Town, ND

Shingobee Builders recently placed the final steel beams on top of a four-story office building under construction in New Town, North Dakota, for the Three Affiliated Tribes of Mandan, Hidatsa, and Arikara.

Edina Realty Office Building: Project Completed

Shingobee recently completed a new office building for Edina Realty, located on Schmidt Lake Road in Plymouth, MN. Construction of the 10,000 square foot building for owner United Properties started in August 2014 and was completed in January 2015.
