Construction of the Three Affiliated Tribes’ new five-story office building in New Town, North Dakota, is complete, and the Tribal departments are in the process of moving into the building. Shingobee provided design/build construction of the 50,000 square foot building, in conjunction with HTG Architects of Minneapolis.

Tioga Medical Center held their Grand Opening on Friday, December 11. Shingobee was General Contractor for the addition and remodel that broke ground on June 10th, 2014. The project included adding a 15,000 square foot two-level clinic, a new ambulance garage, an expanded emergency area for the hospital, and a remodel of the existing facility.

Shingobee was the general contractor for a tenant improvement project that won a STARR Award at Minnesota Shopping Center Association’s annual Shopping Center Tribute Awards for Retail Real Estate event, held on Tuesday, December 1. The project, Xalon Salon in Division Place Shopping Center, St. Cloud, was recognized in the Interior Design: Retail/Non-Food Service category.

Shingobee is wrapping up construction of a 65,000 square foot warm vehicle parking garage for the Mountrail-Williams Electric Cooperative in Williston, North Dakota. Ground was broken on Monday, September 14 on the new Williston Fire Station. The new station, designed by EAPC Architects Engineers and to be constructed by Shingobee, will be a new 15,500 sq. ft. building in the City of Williston, ND.
