Update: Bonefish Grill is now open! See our post on the ribbon cutting here.
Shingobee has begun construction of its second restaurant project in The Shops at West End (St. Louis Park, MN) – a Bonefish Grill restaurant, the first Minnesota location for this Florida-based restaurant concept.
Bonefish Grill, one of national restaurateur Bloomin’ Brands’ concepts, is a casual-dining chain that serves market-fresh, wood-grilled seafood. It also offers a “big-city bar” atmosphere serving regional craft beers and seasonal cocktails. There are 194 Bonefish Grill locations nationwide. This Minneapolis location is one of the first featuring a new prototype design for the restaurant.
Shingobee was selected for construction of the project based on our extensive restaurant construction experience and our recent experience working in The Shops at West End. The construction project is the build-out of an 8,000 square foot space on West End Boulevard, below the Icon Theatres. Work started in May and is scheduled to be complete in early October. The owner of The Shops at West End is Duke Realty, Minneapolis.
Shingobee earlier this year completed construction of Yard House in The Shops at West End, a California-based concept of the Darden Restaurants group, for its first Minnesota location. The premium restaurant/bar features 140 beers on tap, with a visible keg room and refrigerated tap lines across the ceiling to the bar.
