Being a North Dakota general contractor through the state’s growth of late has been very exciting. As the population has grown, so has the state’s need for more buildings. From banks and city buildings to multi-tenant housing  and restaurants, we’ve had the pleasure of working with several different architects and firms on a number of projects throughout the state. And more are in progress! Take a look at a sample of them below. Note: We were also featured on a local North Dakota blog! Check us out on the Oil Patch Dispatch.

Dickinson Public Works Building

This in-progress project is set to be complete at the end of June, 2014. When the City of Dickinson found that they were outgrowing their two public works buildings, we set out to build this new one, which is larger than both of those buildings combined! It’s a $16 million, 96,000 square foot building.

Holiday Stationstores

A booming state with more drivers needs more gas stations. Shingobee has provided construction for Holiday Stationstores in nearly 80 locations across the Midwest, including some in North Dakota. The stationstore below in Stanley, ND was completed in the winter of 2013, as was one in Minot. We also just started another one in Williston.

Mountrail-Williams Electric Cooperative Warehouse

When the Mountrail-Williams Electric Cooperative found that there was a great need for their services among construction crews in Northwest North Dakota, they needed a new facility, and fast. We worked on a tight schedule with them to get their new 32,000 square foot warehouse/distribution facility up and running in Williston, ND.
