Shingobee Builders will be attending CENEXPO 2018, which takes place Monday, June 18 through Tuesday, June 19 at the Denny Sanford Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The convention is a free, two-day educational and networking event. Cenex, the retail brand of CHS, Inc., offers more than 1,400 locations across 19 states.

In 2017, Shingobee provided construction and project management services for Orton Oil Company’s Cenex store in Bemidji, Minnesota. Working closely with the owner, our project manager provided engineering options that were able to keep the project within its intended budget. Shingobee oversaw a complete remodel of both the interior and exterior of the store, which resulted in a visually appealing and more convenient retail operation. The remodel included additional cooler and freezer space, new kitchen facilities, new restrooms, a car wash, and a mechanical room. Our project management provided complete transparency, resulting in a cost-effective and successful project.
