Representatives from Shingobee Builders, CSM Corporation, and Minnesota OSHA (MNOSHA) Compliance gathered on Friday, January 6, to sign a Level 3 Cooperative Compliance Partnershipfor the Courtyard Marriott project in St. Louis Park, MN.

Provided under an agreement between MNOSHA Compliance and the Minnesota Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors (MN ABC), the partnership recognizes contractors where managers and employees work together to develop safety and health management systems that go beyond basic compliance with all applicable OSHA standards, resulting in immediate and long-term prevention of job related injuries and illnesses.

Level 3 is the peak level of MNOSHA Compliance partnerships, with applicants striving to be an industry leader with very comprehensive safety and health programs. This is the third project in which Shingobee Builders has participated in a Level 3 partnership. Others were the Paradise Car Wash (Maple Grove, 2014) and International School Residence Hall (Eden Prairie, 2013).

The Courtyard Marriott is a six-story hotel construction project under way in St. Louis Park, MN, for owner CSM Corporation. The location is a site adjacent to the existing Minneapolis Marriott West on Wayzata Blvd. Construction started in November 2016 and is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2017.
