Shingobee provided design-build construction services for this new TruStone Financial branch in 2014–15 to replace an existing 40-year-old branch located nearby.

Budgeting assistance was provided during the design phase, working closely with HTG Architects to keep the project within the owner’s budget. When construction began in the fall of 2014, the soils conditions on site required the building be constructed on piles.

The unique, 5,500-square-foot building was completed in August 2015. Its design features an exterior of brick, stone, metal, and glass. The contemporary, welcoming interior utilizes the latest design, technology, and energy-efficient features.

Shingobee has also provided five remodel/tenant improvement projects for this client in Rogers, Roseville, Minneapolis, Oakdale, and Maple Grove, MN.
