Marriott City Center Renovation

Shingobee provided a major phased renovation of the Marriott City Center Hotel, located in the heart of the business district in downtown Minneapolis, between 2007 and 2009.

• Phase 1. April 2007 – August 2007: A complete update of the hotel entrances and fifth-floor lobby, restaurant, and bar.
• Phase 2. August 2007 – September 2007: Renovation of the fourth-floor banquet and prefunction areas.
• Phase 3. November 2008 – May 2009: Renovation of the sixth- and eighth-floor meeting spaces.

M Club Lounge Renovation

In 2015, Shingobee provided renovation of the “M Club” concierge lounge. Our construction management team worked closely with Marriott as designs were developed, to provide budget estimates and schedule timelines for the project.
