Courtyard by Marriott Hotel at Arbor Lakes

Shingobee constructed this new Courtyard by Marriott Hotel in the Fountains of Arbor Lakes development in Maple Grove, MN.

The four-story block and precast hotel houses 115 guest rooms and support functions, with an indoor pool and outdoor spa. Designed for business travelers, the hotel includes a full-service restaurant, bar, and buffet; and state-of-the-art connectivity amenities for guests. Construction included all new site improvements – parking, walks, landscaping, and on-site utility services.

The facility was developed by Torgerson Properties of Willmar, MN, a premier hotel and restaurant developer with properties throughout the state and in Florida.
