Founded in 1980, Shingobee Builders has become a nationally-recognized commercial construction and real estate development company. Our offices are located in Loretto (near Minneapolis) and St. Cloud, Minnesota.

Shingobee offers a full range of construction and real estate services, from land and facility planning, to construction and start-up of operations. We provide an integrated approach, to coordinate seamless delivery of all phases of a project. Shingobee's mission is to establish long-term working relationships with owners.
