Shingobee acted as developer and general contractor for construction of this apartment building and townhouse development for the St. Luke’s Community Foundation. Located on property adjacent to St. Luke’s Hospital and assisted living facility, the 18-unit apartment building features spacious, modern 2-bedroom rental apartments, with a gathering room, kitchen, and lobby on the main level. Garages were constructed as a separate building. The townhomes feature eight two-story units in two buildings, with separate entrances and garages for each unit.
