Viking Bank

Alexandria, Minnesota

Shingobee constructed this two-story, 18,400 square foot building for Viking Bank between June and December 2016; the bank opened for business in its new location in January 2017.

The new facility replaced their downtown location, a renovated grocery store that they have been operating in since 1984. In addition to an updated, more spacious facility for its customers, the building includes a community room on the second level, with an adjacent outdoor space for use by its customers and non-profit organizations. The building also features all-glass partitions in order to create a more open environment.
