Four Minnesota Locations

Shingobee provided a complete reconstruction of the Olive Garden restaurant Bloomington location in 2020. We have also provided construction of new Olive Garden restaurants in Baxter, MN; Mankato, MN; and Burnsville, MN.

The restaurants, typically 7,500 square feet in size, feature a Tuscan farmhouse design that is the company’s standard, with a rustic stone exterior, tile roof, and interior features that include exposed wood beams, stone and wood accents throughout.

The Bloomington reconstruction (pictured) was phased to complete sitework and start construction of the new building before demolishing the existing building.
The Baxter restaurant is in a new retail development area, near several major national retail stores.

The restaurant in Mankato included demolition of an existing Ground Round restaurant.

The projects required coordination of owner-supplied products, along with coordination of owner-specified subcontractors. All projects were completed on time and on budget.
