Shingobee was General Contractor for this 6,950 square foot single-story addition to an existing nursing care facility, with 15 new studio units, living area, dining area, kitchen, and pantry. The expanded facility was constructed for Health Services Network, the same owner as the Cornerstone facility in Bagley. The project also included renovations to a single-story, 3,164 square foot existing facility, including three resident units, new tub room, and offices.

Replacement of the entire roof and mechanical/electrical systems was also provided, along with complete demolition of a 100-year-old two-story, 2,430 square foot original care facility.

The expanded facility increased the capacity and provided an updated environment for senior care, allowing more people in this rural community to remain close to home when admitted to nursing care.
