The article discussed the many challenges contractors face when providing renovations or expansions in existing facilities, and the extra planning and consideration required when those are senior housing facilities.

Shingobee has started construction of two new facilities for Prestige Preschool Academy, one in Maple Grove, and one in Minnetonka, MN. Update: Another Prestige Preschool location has been approved, in Eagan, MN. It was recently featured as a “Hot Property” in the StarTribune. Construction is planned to start in October.

With the recent drop in oil prices, the word is out that production is slowing in the Bakken region of North Dakota. “Slowing” is a relative term in North Dakota – business activity has become a more normal level, but has by no means slowed to a stop. INFORUM.com recently provided a news story.
