Shingobee was the general contractor for a tenant improvement project that won a STARR Award at Minnesota Shopping Center Association’s annual Shopping Center Tribute Awards for Retail Real Estate event, held on Tuesday, December 1. The project, Xalon Salon in Division Place Shopping Center, St. Cloud, was recognized in the Interior Design: Retail/Non-Food Service category. Over 320 members and guests attended the event to honor outstanding projects and extraordinary individuals in the retail and shopping center industry.
Xalon Salon is a 3,164 square foot tenant improvement that was constructed between October and December 2014. The salon features a modern yet rustic, elegant design, offering a variety of hair and personal services.
