Groundbreaking for the new Minnesota National Bank location in Sauk Centre, MN was held on May 16th. The new building will replace their existing Sauk Centre main office. The building will be two stories (plus a basement) and 21,000 square feet in size. Construction will start in June and be completed February 2017.

HTG Architects is the architect, and Shingobee is general contractor. Here’s a rendering of how the building will look when complete:

In addition to this new building, Shingobee is also working on a remodel for Minnesota National Bank in Long Prairie, MN! This project has been underway since February, and scheduled to be completed in June. Here are some shots of the in-progress project:
